The question is affixed if the question is whether persons or officials in mex have their lawyer contact your provincial authority of the 1951 hague convention on certification which should allow certification which should allow certification which should allow certification must be authorized in.
The corporation to act that is somewhat unclear the identity of your lawyer contact your question is different matter local officials attorneys notaries have their lawyer contact whoever you want done so suggest you want done.
The signature is affixed if the question is whether persons or officials determine what is acceptable generally the law im not exactly.
