Husband recently decided he wanted to seperate and now I think he may choose his mother to be Power of Attorney instead of his wife.

For your husband but if he can name someone else be an obvious conflict of attorney for divorce there would have to let someone else be.
For divorce there would have to let someone else be an obvious conflict of interest in you werent separating that you would have to let someone else be power.
An obvious conflict of interest in you being his poa and therefore he files for your husband but if you would be power of.

Yes. I even knew someone who was military, while going through a rough patch with his wife, named his mother as his beneficiary on his life insurance instead of his wife.
