I had this attorney for my divorce. After final hearing he windrowed himself. Now I am going back to court regarding child custody. Can he represent me if after his windrow we did not sign a new contract?

What the heck is “windrowed?” You mean “withdrawn?”

If he withdrew himself and voided the contract to represent you, how would he get paid? And.. how is he bound by contract to present you, not someone else?

There is no interest in his/her part to do what you suggested….
