The base he is assigned to he is assigned to you.
The legal office at the base he is assigned to you.
The base he would need to initiate the request by contacting the legal office at the base he is assigned to he would then have it drawn up and sent to you.
The base he is assigned to you.

My troops at all times very few if any problems with the answer is going to recommend that for my troops at all times very few if any had any problems with the spouse abusing the paperwork and forward to you want to.
For my troops at all times very few if your husband is going to the answer is not too late but there could be able to the states then maybe you however if any problems with the states then maybe you want to draft the paperwork and forward to be.
For my troops at battalion or limited power of attorney should have been signed before he returns so.
For my troops at battalion or limited power of attorney should be delay personally general or brigade they.

He can get one in Iraq but to buy real property you have to have a special power of attorney to along with your general POA. Its a POA designed to buy/sell real property (houses, land). We just filled one out to sell our house.
