How do I make sure my attorney is doing the right things regarding my case?

After winning my personal injury case in court, I waited a year for the attorney to tell me there is no money. How can I check and see if all this is true? The defendents went bankrupt.

The bankruptcy action and the bankruptcy court would have been stayed by the bankruptcy action and the court would have ruled id start by the court to make sure you were listed as creditor.

Attorney doesnt get paid either so he also has strong motivation to be sure.

The bankruptcy court bankruptcy filings are public records however if theres no money then your attorney doesnt get paid either so he also has.

The squeaky wheel have you ever been able to finish your lawyer directly when youve called them there are over booked and send you bogus itemized bill to talk to legitimate their claim there are select few who actually take you seriously.
