We will need to write checks with his bank account to pay his bills. But we do not want him to think we are taking advantge of him as he is not a trusting person. Not even with us, his own family.

      Erm….how exactly is he mentally incapacitated after a hip operation? If it was brain surgery, yes…but that does not make sense.
