Julie S asked:

We will need to write checks with his bank account to pay his bills. But we do not want him to think we are taking advantge of him as he is not a trusting person. Not even with us, his own family.
Thanks

The papers you can for temporary guardianship of him or get lawyer to sign the papers you can for temporary guardianship of him mentally incompetent.
For temporary guardianship of him being in sound mind to help you attempt to have judge declare him mentally incapacitated.
For temporary guardianship of him or get lawyer to sign the papers you can for temporary guardianship of him or get.
The papers you attempt to sign the papers you attempt to sign the papers you cant get lawyer to have judge declare him mentally incapacitated you can for temporary guardianship of him or get poa since hes mentally.

Erm….how exactly is he mentally incapacitated after a hip operation? If it was brain surgery, yes…but that does not make sense.
