Older husband and wife that are in poor health don’t have a clue that all of their millions is about got in less than 3 years. The power of attorney has almost took it all , Is there anyway one can have power of attorney audit or stop him?They are super nice people .
The power of attorney is paying 80 thousand dollars to two men to take care of them. The wife can do some things but needs help, she informed her sisterof 85 that she hadn’t hada bath or shower for a month and a half. She was to ashamed to ask for help. He pays the men with cash some no one can check where the money has got. They just sold 250 thousand dollars of land yesterday without her knowing about it..He is keeping her in the dark.

You must be able to prove it. Any paper work,copies of checks,witnesses ect. Talk to the people let them know what you think is going on. Will they listen to you? Do they have any family? Possibally get in touch with elder affairs in your town. Do they have a Doctor or social worker anyone that helps them.
