What is the role of the district attorney?
April 17th, 2010 | by admin |U steal my rice!!!! asked:
I have to do this mock trial for school and I was wondering if someone could give me an idea of what the district attorney does? My teacher said that they manage the evidence, but do they only over see the trial or are they part of it? What are some things district attorneys do during the trial process? Just a basic summary of the job of a district attorney and any rules that they must follow would be great.
