I am a high risk heart disease. I have brain damage, a learning disability n no warning seizures. Ever since 1979 I was diagnosed as a Volunerable Adult. The reason I want a printable living, medical power of attorney n a will is cuz I’m poor.

      Well, in most cases you wont be able to find one. You could just go in Word and write up a Will of your own. Put it in a safe box and print off extra’s to give to living relatives so they know what you want to be done when you’ve passed. Any written evidence written by YOU is one-hundo percent legitimate
