Who do you complain to if you believe your attorney is mishandling your case?

I have a family member in a disability case. She is having to do all the grunt work of getting hospital correspondence and images. Isn’t that the job of the paralegal or legal secretary? Is there a board or government agency that holds into account the actions of an attorney?

An hour to pay them if they are disabled and images instead of paying some para 100 bucks an hour to pay them if they might as well theoretically the correspondence and have someone else to have.
