my power of attorney has been misusing his power.. he didnt pay any of the bills he had power to pay with my card and he used my card to spend about 3 thousand dollars..
i have asked him to return the papers to me adn he refuses.
what can i do??
would making someone else my “new” power of attorney revoke him, or do i need those papers?
would i have to take him to court?
